LF121 High Temperature Shift Catalyst
LF121 high temperature CO shift catalyst doesn’t contain Cr, heavy metal, or radio active elements, which thoroughly solves the problem of environmental pollution of Fe-Cr system high temperature shift catalysts, eliminating the poisoning of Cr to workers and natural environment. It has good activity, strong heat resistance, high sulfur resistance, good mechanical strength, long service life as well as low steam/gas ratio, with obvious energy saving effect. It is suited to medium temperature shift--low temperature shift process, used under atmospheric or pressurized conditions, with strong suitability to operating conditions.
1 Physio-chemical properties of LF121
(1) Chemical compositions
LF121 is non-chromium iron system high temperature shift catalyst. The main component is iron oxide, compounded with several kinds of assistants. The iron oxide in the product exists in the state of Fe2O3, which should be reduced into Fe3O4 when the product is used.

2 Technical standards
The technical standards are specified as per profession standards under the harsh condition of high space velocity and low water vapor, taking the shift conversion at 350℃ as the basis, seen in Table 2.
