LF205 is a kind of Cu-Zn-Al system low temperature CO shift catalyst produced with advanced process, suited to CO shift process of H2 and ammonia plants at low vapor/gas ratio. It is used downstream of high temperature shift catalyst to further shift CO in H2-rich stream to produce more H2 and purify H2. It has the characteristics of high low temperature activity, low bulk density, high operating strength after reduction and more suited to low vapor/gas ratio process, specifically, it has high selectivity to restrain the formation of alcohols.
