LF962/LF963 Oil Field Gas Steam Reforming Catalysts
for Hydrogen Production
LF962/LF963 are a new group of oil field gas steam reforming catalysts, developed on the basis of naphtha steam reforming catalysts, aiming at the reforming catalyst development trend at home and abroad. They are suited to steam reforming plants for the production of industrial hydrogen, ammonia synthetic gas, methanol synthetic gas and metallurgical reducing gas, with oil field gas or natural gas as the feedstock. Furthermore, they are also suitable for ammonia synthetic gas production with modern energy-saving AMV process or Braun low H2O/C ratio reforming process. LF962 and LF963 are loaded respectively in the upper and lower section of the reformer tube at a certain ratio.
The typical physical properties and chemical composition of catalysts LF91/LF93 are listed in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively.

*As for the specifications and shapes, the catalysts may be made into Raschig ring, or 4-spoke, 5-spoke or 7-spoke wheels, and the size may also be adjusted according to the customers' requirements. The catalysts micro-performances wouldn't change, but the macro-performances of the bed would change accordingly.
